nah, something to do with a time lord being born with all the turmoil of timelords past or sumthin'. . .and she was born with only military information. She didn't even get a name. Donna called her Jenny because it's a mix of Genetic Anomaly (which is what the Doctor called her). So I am insisting that Donna is her mommy. I don't care what genetics say, she named her and that's what mommies do!

I guess. She has a Timelord body, but not a Timelord mind. Also, I think that portal thing is gone now, seeing as Gallifrey was destroyed in the Time War. Plus I don't think it was all that necessary to trot young lads infront of a swirling vortex of terror and say, 'hey look at this!' Poor Master.

Donna is totally her mommy. Speaking of the Great Donna Noble, have you seen how it ends? How season four closed?
