Those Little Voices

I really like the outcome of this one. Just playing more with the idea that Wilson is [H]ouse's conscience.

Little devil [h]ouse looks like he's saying "F her and run!"
I don't know why thats what I think of when I look at him. If anyone else has some suggestions, I'm open.
